FAQ
Does it work with my phone?
The Long Hello Handset connects via USB-C. That covers iPhones with a USB-C port and virtually every modern Android — Samsung, Pixel, and the rest. No Bluetooth, no app, no account. If you're not sure what port your phone has, email us at [support email] with your phone model and we'll tell you straight.
Will the other person hear me clearly?
Yes — and your voice picks up a warm, vintage-telephone character. Most people love it; it's half the point. But we'd rather be honest now than surprise you later: if you need studio-clean audio for work meetings, this isn't the tool for that. For long catch-ups with people you love, it's exactly right.
How long is the cord?
It's coiled, so it stretches when you need it to — but it's made for the sofa, the desk, and the bed, not for pacing the whole house. Settle in. That's the idea.
Does it need charging or an app?
Neither. It's wired and draws the little it needs from your phone. There's no battery to die an hour into a good conversation, and nothing to pair or update. It's simply ready every time the phone rings.
Can I use it while my phone is charging?
[Confirm with supplier — e.g. "The handset uses your phone's USB-C port, so plan to charge before or after your call."]
How do I answer a call?
Lift the handset and press the button on the handle — it answers, and it hangs up when you're done. Two motions, both satisfying.
Is it a real working phone?
It's a handset for the phone you already have — the feel of a classic telephone, powered by your smartphone's plan, your contacts, your number.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within [1–2 business days] and typically arrive within [X–X business days] in the United States, with a tracking number emailed the moment your order ships. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
What if something is wrong with it?
Email us at [support email] within [30 days] of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. If it's faulty, we'll send a replacement free — no forms to fight. [Confirm your returns policy: faulty-only replacement vs. change-of-mind returns.]
Which pack should I pick?
The Single is for you. The Duo is the one we secretly love — one for you, one for the person you call most, so both ends of the line feel the same. The Trio is the best price per handset and covers the family.
